LAWN CARE AND POND MAINTENANCE - NEW!
Lawn Care Update
​
Starting August 29th, we’ve officially hired a professional lawn care company to consistently maintain the pavilion, the circle at the roundabout, and the pond area. We will be covering this roundabout only, due to the fact that a portion of this is common ground.
They will be returning on 9/9/25 to complete fence line clean up at both common spaces.
​
We kindly ask that residents refrain from cutting or maintaining common ground areas moving forward. This will help ensure consistency in care and avoid any overlap or confusion with the contracted services.
Pond Maintenance & Cattail Removal
We’ve also partnered with knowledgeable members of our community to begin a long-term solution for removing the cattails from the pond. This initiative will begin in September and will require annual treatments to be fully effective. The method being used is safe and will not harm the fish or local wildlife, though it will take time to see full results.​

Board Election - NEW!
The nomination process is OPEN for one of our Trustee positions as one of our trustee terms is ending. The newly elected Trustee will officially take office on October 5, 2025.

Step 3: Voting Opens – August 31-September 30, 2025
Validated nominees will be placed on an official ballot. An email with a voting link will be sent to residents. Voting will remain open for 30 days, closing on September 30, 2025.

Assessments Past Due - UPDATED!
We’d like to remind everyone of the upcoming payment deadlines for our community:

HOA Dues: Amount due with Homes is $650, Amount due without Homes is $290 and was due on July 1, 2025.
If you have not yet paid the 2025 HOA Assessment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any late fees. Late fees will be added after 30 days from the due date of July 1, 2025.

Watch Your Speed!
We understand that speeding is a sensitive topic, but we have received multiple complaints about excessive speeds in the community.
​
Please remember that, unlike many residential areas, our speed limit is 15 mph. We kindly ask everyone to follow this limit and remind friends, family, and visitors to do the same—especially with our kids now out of school and spending more time outdoors in the neighborhood.
