WELL REPAIRS - NEW!
If you notice any well‑related issues (pressure changes, outages, irregular cycling), please report them as soon as possible.
Early notification helps us avoid after‑hours service calls and unnecessary costs.
TRUSTEE RESIGNATION & APPOINTMENT- NEW!
One of our trustees submitted a mid‑term resignation in June.
In accordance with the Indentures, vacancies created by resignation are filled by appointment rather than a new election. The Board reviewed the results of the most recent election and appointed Kenny Schulte, the candidate who received the next highest number of votes.
This approach maintains fairness and continuity for the community. Kenny will serve the remainder of the current term and participate fully in all trustee responsibilities.
We thank Alicia for her service and contributions during her time on the Board.
CHICKEN LAW OVERTURNED- NEW!
Earlier this year, the Cole County Circuit Court issued a judgment that invalidated Section 442.404.5, RSMo., which was the portion of state law that prohibited HOAs from restricting chickens. Although an appeal is currently pending, the parties involved have formally agreed that this specific portion of the judgment will not be challenged.
Our legal counsel has confirmed that, because of this stipulation, the ruling stands as written, and HOA chicken restrictions are fully enforceable.
2026 Assessments are Due- UPDATED!
2026 HOA assessments are due on July 1, 2026.
$290 for vacant lots and $650 for lots with a home.

Watch Your Speed!
We understand that speeding is a sensitive topic, but we have received multiple complaints about excessive speeds in the community.
Please remember that, unlike many residential areas, our speed limit is 15 mph. We kindly ask everyone to follow this limit and remind friends, family, and visitors to do the same—especially with our kids now out of school and spending more time outdoors in the neighborhood.
