1) WHEN ARE HOA ASSESSMENTS DUE EACH YEAR?

HOA Assessment are due July 1st of every year. A late fee will be added to the account until paid and every delinquent member will receive three notices before the delinquent account is sent to an attorney for collection at which point the member will be responsible for the HOA Assessment, late fees, and attorney fees.

2) HOW DO I PAY MY HOA ASSESSMENTS?

You can pay by check, money order, or cashiers check.

​3) HOW DO I SUBMIT FOR APPROVALS TO THE BOARD?
​
You can submit for approval via email to falconpointehoa47@gmail.com

Please allow 5-7 days for approval however they usually take 24-72 hours.

4) HOW DO I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT OR CONTACT THE BOARD?
​
You can submit a complaint or contact the Board several different ways. You can submit through the contact form on the "Contact" page, contact your Board members directly via the contact information located on the "Your HOA Board" page, or through email at falconpointehoa47@gmail.com.

Please remember, any complaint or concern submitted to the Board is kept anonymous to all involved. By law, the Board cannot share any personal information about the member who submitted the complaint or concern. The Board can only address the issue if it is in violation of the Deed of Dedication, Restrictions, and Covenants.

5) WHAT ARE REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO AND FOR BUILDING IN THE COMMUNITY?

A $1,000 refundable deposit is required prior to the approval of any structure and plans and if not completed on time, additional timelines not met, improvements or repairs not made as needed, and requirements set forth in the restrictions are not met, the deposit will be forfeited to the HOA general account.
​
One story homes shall have a first-floor area (excluding the garage) of at least 1,800 square feet. A dwelling of more than one story shall have a first floor area (excluding garage) of at least 1,400 square feet and a total living area of at least 2,400 square feet (excluding the garage and basement). All homes must have a minimum of (2) two car garage. No carports shall be permitted.

All septic systems and lateral installations should be professionally designed and installed so that water percolation to the surface is not readily apparent. The disposal of all water or sewage shall be through a single wastewater treatment facility designed in accordance with the Department of Natural Resource regulations. Soil analysis must be conducted on each lot in the area to used for the absorption field to assure the presence of acceptable soils and the installation of a proper field. Facilities must be maintained and operated in such a way as to retain the wastewater generated on each lot within the boundaries of that lot and in such a way that there is no violation of the Missouri Clean Water Law. No open air style lagoons are permitted.

There should be no more than one foot of foundation exposed.

The construction of a primary residence and driveway, must be completed within one (1) year of start of construction, or the deposit will be forfeited to the HOA general account.
